Forming a Limited Company

The process starts by choosing the package that best suits your requirements. You then enter your personal details, followed by the details of the company officers, registered office and share details.

This is an easy step by step process ensuring no information is missing with standard option to choose from along the way.

During the limited company formation you will be asked for digital signatures for the directors. This is the important part that sets electronic filing apart from paper filing. Instead of filing signed forms you submit 3 personally identifiable pieces of information which then create a unique electronic signature.

You then have a chance to add optional extras to your order, once this has been completed you are ready to submit your application to companies house. Our system uses a shopping cart process meaning you can build up a collection of forms/orders before submitting them to companies house in one go, making starting a business an easy process.

When you are ready clicking submit will direct you to our secure payment page with worldpay. This completes your order and you will receive your details back as soon as companies house has processed the application, usually with 4 hours. Depending on companies house this process can take 24 hrs or longer although this is rare.
